Elizabeth Agro Radday is the director of research and innovation at EdAdvance, a nonprofit Regional Education Service Center in Connecticut. She started her career as a middle school teacher and spent 16 years in the classroom. She was a Fulbright Distinguished Awards in Teaching recipient in 2015–16. Radday has presented nationally and internationally on personal interest projects and artificial intelligence in K–12 education, and she is the co-host, with Matt Mervis, of ChatEDU, a podcast about AI application in schools.

She holds a doctorate in teaching, learning, and curriculum from The University of Pennsylvania. Radday is the author of Learning They'll Love: Engage Students, Meet Standards, and Spark Creativity with Personal Interest Projects.
