This insightful webinar will explore challenges and strategies for improving teacher retention rates for Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) and LGBTQ+ educators. The roundtable discussion will bring together experienced educators and principals to share their insights and experiences on identifying and addressing the unique challenges faced by BIPOC and LGBTQ+ educators in the workplace, including lack of support and mentorship; feelings of isolation; lack of belonging; and developing effective strategies to improve recruitment, retention and support for these educators.
